I should have read all posts before I went to the dealer.
I got mine yesterday but it seems my numbers are a bit high.
Q50 Premium
Drive-off: 2500
Monthly payment: 390 including tax
10k /yr
Good to know that there's a such thing as MSD.
hope that I'll do better next time.

11/29 I leased Q50 AWD+ moonroof MSRP $40,825/ 10k for $199 + $2,065 out of pocket ( $2,065 =first month ; all fees +NY 8.625% tax )
able do $199 even without MSD

Hang on.. .let me check it... But, first off.. the difference between 10K/yr and 12K/yr is only 1%, not 2%..

2014 Q50 Premium AWD... 36 month lease

15K/yr = 60%, 12K/yr = 61%, 10K/yr = 62%

I doubt they are trying to make any extra money.. the bank sets the residual, and they can't alter it... Probably just a mistake, as each model and term has a different set of numbers... They might be mixing up their 39 month residuals with 36... or their Sport and Premium models.

The dealership was quoting for a 39-month lease. In fact, I asked about a 36-month, and they told me they only have 24 and 39. Is that untrue? Otherwise, is 59% correct for 39 months?

Can I get the money factors for a Q50 Hybrid AWD and Q50S Hybrid. I'm trying to decide between the two and finalize a deal on one of the cars.

The premium AWD residual is 60% for 39 mo, 12K/yr.. 59% is for 15K/yr.

Yes.. the 36 month lease is available... The payment is higher than the 39 month lease, though.

MSRP: $45,265
Sale Price: $41,150
Loyalty: $2,500
Miles: 12k
Residual: 60%
Months: 39
Tax: 7%
MF: .00002 (base rate was .00092 -- 9 MSDs brought it down)

All fees paid up front ($1,567) with tax rolled in. No cap cost reduction, with the exception of the $2,500 loyalty.

$320/mo -- felt like a perfect deal (I calculated $317, but $320 was close enough for me).

I think it is still high with the .00092 money factor and 61% residual
Is this a good deal?

dviscount, without the cap cost you've agreed upon it's hard to say. that payment seems quite high though given the MSRP you've quoted.

Again thanks soooo much for the info! The only question I have now is do you think in your professional opinion that it is better for me to lease a 2013 G37 or do you think the Q50 is a better option? Which do you think is the better deal?

Sport: .00104 MF and 67%/57% residual.

I don't have the loyalty/rebate info.

Sport residuals: 57% and 67%... same money factor.

looks like money factor and residual both dropped from last month. Lower lease loyalty makes it a worse month for existing lessees. I'm still a few months out on my current G lease - looks like I'll still be waiting.

Leasing a Infiniti q50s AWD No navigation here's the specs tell me if it is a good deal please.

MSRP 47200
Total out of pocket 2000
Total MSD 2000
Total out of pocket now 4000, with 2000 return upon lease end.
Monthly payment 469/month x 39 months with tax included.
current lease 350x4 payments left total 1400 had to be paid by me within the new lease payments.

So total deal
4k out of pocket 469month/39 months 12k/yr with them paying off my current lease. Thoughts of a good deal or not?? Thanks.

I think that's high...you should only pay $2000 out of pocket for MSD because you'll get that back..then $469 a month OTD for 39 months / 39,000 miles is good

They are rolling all fees, etc into my monthly payment
