    Looks like lease incentive has dropped from $4507 to $4007, but the calculator shows lower payments than they did yesterday. I assume the money factor went down and/or the residual went up..

    Can I get the money factor and residual for a Fusion Energi Titanium with 36 mo and 15k miles?

    2014 Fusion Energi 36mo, 15K/yr lease

    1.75% MF and 49% residual.

    $4000 lease cash.

    I don't think they are offering leases on 2013 Fusion gas models. Only Hybrids and Energi.

    Howdy kyfdx!

    I looked back a few pages but didn't see new numbers for 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid since the Jan. 3rd update. Are the numbers similar for the SE v. Titanium and are these numbers current as well? I am in Seattle, WA.

    2014 Fusion Titanium Hybrid 24mo, 15K/yr lease

    Hybrid: 3.0% MF and 68% (from Dec. 2013)

    Thank you!

    Just curious as to what the 24 month 10,500 mile lease looked like now on the Fusion SE. Could you provide the 3 yr 10,500 mile numbers also? Is there any bonus cash available and do they have any conquest programs right now? Lastly, does Ford charge an acquisition fee and or a disposal fee?? Thanks.

    $1000 lease cash.

    I'm sure that Ford charges an acquisition fee, though I don't know the amount. Assume $500-$600 and you should be safe.

    There may be a $500 auto show credit, and possibly $750 of trade-in assistance, if coming from another make, but I don't have details on those programs.

    If the $3000 at signing includes any cap cost reduction, then I would keep negotiating. Never a good idea to put money down for a lease. You want your out of pocket at signing to be as close to the first payment as possible.

    Looking at leasing a 2014 Fusion SE, MSRP $24,270. This is the offer I now have from dealer:

    Gross Cap Cost = 22,200

    Net Cap Cost = 19,924

    Residual = 13,618

    Reductions including rebate, trade and cash = 3137.05

    Rate = 0.75 or as a money factor 0.0003125

    Base Payment = 172.13

    Tax on Base Payment = 15.49

    Total Payment = 187.62

    39 Months

    with $1,100 out of pocket and that includes first payment

    They're giving me $1,500 in trade for my 1999 Ford Escort ZX2, which has 94,000 miles on it, serious rust on the underside of the rocker panels and semi-bald tires.

    Does this sound like a decent deal?

    Is the $1500 of trade equity being used to reduce the cap cost? Can you break down the $1100 you are contributing, outside of the first payment? How many miles are you given?

    I don't understand the difference between the "gross" and "net" cap cost. Residual is based off the MSRP, and the cap cost is the number used to determine the depreciation portion of the payment.

    Ok, so the trade in credit is being used to reduce the cap cost, reducing your monthly payment by about $38.

    Other than that, under $200/mo for a vehicle with a $24K MSRP is not too bad.
