Mine I leased yesterday was 57% of the MSRP (not ajusted cap cost) top tier I think is still at 0.5% (approx .0002085)

3.75% APR and 60% residual. Options do not affect the residual percentage.

Thank you for the response. Any idea of when they might become available? I guess I should also have specified it's a 2014 model since Ford's website is beginning to list 2015s.

Which trim level is this? The residual you are quoting of 64% will change based on the lease term. I don't think your dealer is giving you all the numbers - but that's OK, we can fill in the gaps.

Hi, I'm looking at a Fusion Titanium AWD with NAV, moonroof, 19" H-spoke, and Titanium drivers assist package. I've been quoted the following for 36mo/10,500/yr:

MSRP - $36,690 ($37,180 before sync & sound discount)
Selling price - $33,151 before taxes and including $1000 lease cash
Residual - $21,192
$639 down and $396/mo

Does this seem like a good price, or can I do better?

Don't forget that Ford has weird leasing formulas, and their numbers don't work out to a normal lease number. My lease should/would have been about $30 a month less for my Titanium AWD but for their formulas. Also, in Massachusetts, Ford rolls excise tax into the payment, so that amounts to about $40-$45 a month on a Titanium.

@maninthebox -- word of advice to you -- if you EVER plan (or don't) on moving out of Massachusetts during the lease, talk to the dealer first! With regard to my 2012 Fusion, I had to move back to NY 13 months into the lease, and Ford cannot unroll the excise tax. Because it's not separately-stated, the people at Ford Credit will also say you never paid excise tax, and I had a hell of a time getting the money back, because I had to still pay it. Then, when ordering my 2014, production was delayed, and I had to extend my lease by 2 months, and they claimed it was part of my base payment, and since it's not separately-stated on the lease, even with the dealer sending over information (the dealer in MA that is) as to the excise tax and how much was paid by the dealer each month, Ford was still trying to make me pay it! I said that's double taxation and completely illegal -- such a nightmare. I'm a tax attorney who does state & local tax for a living, so as someone who is highly knowledgeable in this area, it was almost a losing battle, so I can't imagine what it would be like for someone who is not in this area. I just wanted to throw that in as an FYI, and PLEASE get something that shows your excise tax is included in your payment, so that you never have a headache because you never know what kind of curveball life will throw you!

The base MF is .50% - the dealer can mark it up for extra profit. Politely but firmly let them know you won't do a deal with an inflated MF.

2015 - 58%

What state? Ford's MF this quarter are regional. They don't yet include 2015 information.

2014 Fusion MF is 0.50% APR.. the 2014 Ford numbers are good through the end of the 3rd Quarter. As mentioned, we don't have any 2015 MF information, yet.

We don't have any Ford information for 2015 models, at this time.
