That is the base MF for the Cherokee Limited AWD, so unless you can get them to come down on the selling price, that's as good as it's gonna get.

You are correct, the MF is marked up on you ... the numbers are .00016 and 55% for 36/10.

With the base MF and residual against your MSRP and selling price, I calculate a pre-tax payment of $331.61.

Looks like July numbers are in. I know it's a lot to ask, but could you provide MF and residual for 36/12kmi for the following?

Summit 4x4 (diesel and gas)
Overland 4x4 (diesel and gas)
Limited 4x4 (diesel and gas)

I'm unsure if I want the diesel so I appreciate the the numbers on both. I am in the MA/CT area.

Hi and thanks for all the great info your sharing!

I'm looking at a 36/12 lease on a Grand Cherokee Limited diesel in MI. I think the RV of 58% and MF of .00014 are correct. However when I'm looking at all the numbers I'm seeing some items that I'm wondering if they are legit and what they are such as:

Cash offset - $854 (gets added to base invoice to adjust cap cost)
Aquisition Fee - $595 (gets added to base invoice to adjust cap cost)
Doc fee - $250
Electronic filing fee - $24

Are these legitimate fees?

With a $250 doc fee, I'll guess you are in Ohio. Don't know what the $854 is... you'll have to ask them.
