Hi, any idea on July MF and residual for 14/15 Mazda 6 Touring and Sport in Minnesota? Looking at 36mon 10 or 12K per yr.

Anyone else have any experience leasing from a Mazda dealer in the Twin Cities recently?

2015 Sport 36/12 - 59%. Add 1% for 10K

MF is .00001 for both.

I have no numbers for 2014 in MN.

Nope - the residual is based on the trim level only - Sport, Touring, Grand Touring. Oh, and whether you get manual or automatic on the Sport.

Using the MSRP from the link and the cap cost, MF and RV in your post, I get a pre-tax payment of $283.42/mo.

Is the3 $1500 trade equity being used to cover your up front costs?

Yes that $1500 was being used for up front cost. I wonder where the difference comes from? How are taxes calculated? I appreciate your help! I'm going in to look today.

I believe in AZ the taxes are calculated against the monthly payment.

I think the acquisition fee and title/reg fees are added to the cap cost .. I assumed it was already in there. And, it's possible the Edmunds lease calculator uses the trade equity to reduce the cap cost, rather than cover the up front costs (acq fee, title/reg and first payment).

I don't see an MSRP, so I am unable to validate the payment, but if you've got a selling price of $26,500 before applying the trade equity of $2500, $309/mo seems a bit high.

If, however, I use the internet price from the link as the MSRP and $24K as the net cap cost, I get a pre-tax payment of only $217.34.

Something seems off.
