2014 Infiniti Q50 Lease Questions

When you get a chance, could I please get the MF and Residual for a Q50S Hybrid RWD for 24/12k, 36/12k, and 39/12k.

Also, how long are those rates good for? Does IFS recalculate each month or do they do it every few weeks? Finally, when do you expect to see numbers on the 2015s? I've heard release is around September so would they put out MF/Res before that?

24/12 - 64%

36/12 - 55%

MF is .00048 for all.

The current Infiniti numbers are good until 9/2/14. Usually the numbers are updated monthly. If the 2015's are expected on the dealer lots in September, I would expect the September info to include MF and RV on them.

MF is .00022 for both. No lease cash.

At those numbers, I get $360/mo plus tax.. That's a long way from $441/mo.

Can you give me a breakdown of how you arrived at 360 + tax. If I put these numbers on the Edmonds calculator I get a number of 474$.

I'm getting $360/mo before tax, as well.

MSRP = $43,000

Selling Price = $37,515

MF = .00008

Residual = 55%

Lease Term = 39mo

Residual Value (MSRP * residual) = $23,650

Depreciation (cap cost - residual value)/term = $355.51

Rent Charge (cap cost + residual value) * money factor = $4.89

Total pre-tax payment = $360.41

Go back and check your original message for typos... Or, maybe you are adding something into the calculator that you didn't disclose?

Yes I had made a mistake in the residual value and was using the selling price for calculation and not the msrp price. I went back to dealer and asked how he arrived at the 440 number and he told me that I have to also add 700$ (acquisition fees) and 500$(doc and licensing fees) to selling price. Are these fees typically added ?

The acquisition fees are mandatory from Infiniti finance; the doc fees are imposed by the dealer and you should try to negotiate them out of your cap cost.

No incentives I am aware of - use the "Car Research" button at the top of the page to see what Edmunds' has on file.

Hi,

I just visited my first Infinity dealer in Raleigh. I got quoted 589 per month on a 36/12 lease. with 3300 down to include tax. Vehicle is a Q50S Touring Package. About 47500 retail. This seems way off for a payment. Can anyone please tell me the RV, MF and anything else I need to be made aware of in the Raleigh, NC area? This will be my first lease in this area. I believe taxes must be paid outside of the lease. Thanks for the help!

.00022 MF and 53%. Does NC calculate the tax up front, as they do in NY or NJ? You should be be to add that to the cap cost.

What is the selling price?

I was in NY. Just moved here. In NY I could roll taxes in the Cap cost. Here in NC, I believe you can't. Must be paid up front. So, with the 3321 down, 1300 or so is there tax. I believe the MSRP was 48500 and they were nice enough to knock of 1000. I have yet to start negotiating. Any incentives, rebates, etc? I thought there was a 750 cash. Not sure. Thank you!

If I use the MSRP of $48,500 and the selling price of $47,500 with the MF and RV I provided above, I get a payment of $621.52/mo for 36 months.

I think you should be able to negotiate more off the sticker price. Also, reach out to another Infiniti dealer; playing them off against one another should result in a better price.

Hi - I'm thinking of taking the Q50 plunge. NJ, AWD Deluxe Touring and Tech, with some silly options like the illuminated kick plates, welcome lighting, and ambient lighting. Per Edmunds, invoice $49,151, MSRP $52,510, TMV $49,949.

Can you advise if the MF is still .00008? (soooo low!)
also, 10k or 12k miles, 24 or 36 or 39. and then how the MSDs will play out. they max out at 9, right?
any possible predictions for April, 2015?
Lastly, any conquest or other types of programs expected?

I confirm the base MF of .00008. Residuals for 12K are 67%, 58% or 57%. Add 1% for 10K (this is for Base trim; subtract 3% for Premium and 4% for Sport).

No way to predict what the numbers will look like next month, much less 9 months from now.

With the base MF so low (.19%), I don't think Infiniti offers an MSD program.

Q50 Sport RWD - 36/10 - 54% and .00022. Subtract 1% for 39mo.

Q50 Sport Hybrid RWD - 36/10 - 56% and .00048. Subtract 1% for 39mo.

Hello, from New Jersey looking to lease a Q50s with NAV. Below are partial numbers as I didnt get much details as it was getting late (but will update on Monday)

--MSRP: 48,445
--Incentives qualified ($1750 dealer cash) and loyalty $1000
--Did not get final sell price
--Have 5 remaining pay on current G37 $2500 (guess no pull ahead prog so this is somehow added i assume)
--MF is .0008 (though I see here people are quoting with 4 zeros .00008
--Residual on 10K miles 39mos is 51% (so low dont know if correct but it is listed in chart)

Final Verdict: $493 (incl tax)

Inception of $2500 for bank incenpion, luxury tax, doc fees, etc (I need to get details, seem high)

Can someone please provide the real MF, RV and what is the fair price for this car. It looks like I'm not getting discount from MSRP other than the incentives. I can push back, if above is bad deal

Q50 sport AWD MF is .00008 (four zeros) and 54% for 39/10.

NJ calculates sales tax for the entire lease up front and you can either roll it into the cap cost or pay it up front.

If I use the MSRP you provided and a cap cost of $45,695, I get a pre-tax payment of $506.64/mo for 39 months.

$2,073 in tax is rolled in.

MF = .00026

Residual = 54%

Lease Term = 39mo

Monthly: $599 w/tax(NY tax)

$2,544.77 - $1,000 loyalty cap cost reduction = $1,544.77 due at signing including all fees.

I think he is giving me the incorrect MF according to the past post.

All Q50 AWD sedans have a base MF of .00008, so you are right to think the dealer is marking it up on you.

The $50,996 includes the $2K of taxes?

We'd need to know the MSRP as well.

MF is something the dealer can mark up for extra profit .. we can model a payment once we know all the particulars and figure out if that is happening here.

Let's pull all this together .. MSRP of $43.275, selling price of $39,000 (you said "under $40K"), 39/10 residual is 55% and base MF is .00008.

With those parameters, I get a pre-tax payment of $394.74.
