July 22nd. RUG at Sam's Club Bartlett (ne Memphis), TN down to $3.139. Shell and Kroger are down in the $3.20 something range. Quick drop in the past couple of weeks.

Scored some regular for $3.40 at the "casino" station. Most other places around Marquette (MI) are $3.69.

We were driving around yesterday and saw signs for $3.01 for RUG. The car we were in was already pretty full, but I'm about to drive down to the corner and fill my tank. The number of miles I drive in my car, a full tank should last me til sometime in October.

Finally got the low gas light to come on - the gauge said there were 46 miles left in the tank. Got gas in Williamsport PA for $3.49 a gallon at Sheetz. The 20 gallon tank on the Grand Caravan held 18.6 gallons. Range was around 430 miles, would have been a bit over 450 miles if I had run it dry.

Costco selling RUG at $3.71 today. Most discount stations $3.73 cash price. Diesel at the station I use is now down to $3.87. I paid $4.03 week and a half ago.

S. Virginia along I-81 today; regular is running $3.13 to $3.23 at most spots. Diesel is $3.69.

Down another two cents to $3.03. Maybe I'll be able to meet or beat @Kirstie_H 's record if we hang out here long enough. Diesel even fell to $3.55.

In central CT... Shell station in Bristol @ 3,879 for RUG. Little League World Series teams are having some playoff games there, so don't expect the prices to drop much.

We're at $3.59 here in State College. As Steve noted, once you start to get away from the area the price drops about a dime. We were on the road to north NJ, down to AC, then down across the ferry into Delaware. North Jersey $3.59, down along the Parkway closer to AC and at the stop on the AC Expressway we saw $3.49.

At the Chevron I patronize, I want to say diesel was 3.99 - RUG also 3.99, mid 4.13, PUG 4.23.

Messed up and went to a Meijers in mid-state Michigan after missing the Flying J due to ramp construction. Paid $3.61. The Flying J was about as high anyway, but there would have been no waiting at the J for a washroom.

Crossed da Bridge and gas is more like $3.55 up here in the UP. Could make it home but hoping for some cheap stuff at the casino to fill the van up for tromping around town the next couple of weeks.

The Chevron at Florida Ave. and Highway 82 in north Alamogordo is selling regular unleaded for $3.49 a gallon. A buddy in Alamogordo told me that a friend's Dad from town here helped develop Chevron gas with Techron and couldn't stop talking about the wonders it does for your engine's internals. I am going to use Chevron with Techron exclusively from now on. Whenever and wherever it's available.

I add a bottle Techron to a tank every year or so.

Wound up paying $3.40 for that last tank. Regular in town is $3.59. Sorry to see prices jump in New Mexico (our ETA is still Sept. 1).

Back from Wisconsin. Didn't end up buying any bargain gas. Lowest I saw on a sign was 3.139. Not sure where that was, kind of burned out from 2500 miles in 6 days, although stayed in the Madison area for 2 days.

The lowest in Alamogordo is $3.39 at The Corner Store on White Sands Blvd. I don't go there - I believe it's a Valero or something like that. I'm stickin' ta my Chevron with Techron!

Costco lowest price since February at $3.63. Only fill the PU every couple months now that I have an economical diesel to drive. Diesel is down to $3.83 around here.

I can't believe you are more than San Diego. I filled at Costco for $3.63
I see Roseburg Costco is at $3.65. The best part is Shell Diesel is only $3.73, lower than anywhere in San Diego.

My favorite Chevron at the intersection of Florida Ave. and Hwy.82 is now the 3rd cheapest for RUG in Alamogordo at $3.41/gal. The Valero at 1610 10th St. is offering RUG for the lowest price in town at $3.39/gal.

My son on his trip from Indiana to Oregon bought gas in Iowa for $3.14 per gallon. When he got down close to a quarter tank he lost most of his power. It is a 2000 Yukon. He filled up and it ran fine down to a quarter of a tank. He did add a can of heet. I think it is the crappy ethanol they add in parts of the Midwest. I read as high as 20%. he is headed to Rapid City, SD. They have several stations with pure gas no ethanol. I suggested filling with that for the rest of the trip.

Regular is holding at $3.64 here but I've got about 250 miles in the tank, so I'll fill up in a bigger town when we hit the road tomorrow. Like Ashland WI. It's around 8,000 population.

Well, my new favorite Chevron at 185 Highway 82 in north Alamogordo is now tied for the 2nd cheapest ghastly station ta fill up at in town. Currently we're at $3.37/gal. for regular unleaded. The leader is still the Valero on 10th St. at $3.35/gal. I sure like that I can get Chevron with Techron for pert-near the lowest price in Alamo right now!
