2014 C-Max Energi 36/15 - .25% MF with $6507 of lease cash.

However, the only trim level I show for residual values for the Energi is Premium. Residual for 36/15 is 46%.

Does anyone know if October rates stay the same? Looks like they bumped the RCL Cash to $6,757

I haven't found any "official" numbers still but based on Ford.com payment calculator they updated it to use the Same APR's but a residual of 54% for 24mo and 45% for 36mo.

Their quoted "due at signing" includes 1st month payment (without tax) and a $645 acquisition fee.

Looking to confirm lease terms and incentives on a 2014 C-Max Hybrid SEL in Texas. Will probably do 36/15k. I'm expecting something like 2% APR and 49% residual. Is it just $1500 lease cash? Does the other retail cash or dream big cash apply to a lease? Do you know if I can combine the lease conquest cash with the lease cash? Anything else I don't know about? I appreciate the response.

51% residual, but I don't have any MF information for the 2014 model year at this time.

Thanks for the response. Wish I had seen it before I finished my negotiations; it would have cleared up some confusion. In any event, I got a 2014 C-Max Hybrid SEL with 301A package (navigation) last week.

MSRP $29,190
Sale price $27,400 (including "free" tint)
Lease cash $1,500
Conquest cash $1,000

Which seemed like a perfectly adequate deal. A little unsatisfying, but that was the best they could do. But then apparently the factory or the bank kicks in most of the tax (which amounted to about a $1,400 additional discount in Texas). That made me feel better.

36 months, 15k per year
APR 3.25% (MF .00135)
Residual 51%

I think the high money factor was a trade-off for the tax deal above, but I had trouble finding out. They originally told me 2.25% and 49%, but then when I reverse-engineer my contract, it's swapped to 3.25% and 51%. Which is a negligible effect. I just wonder now whether they needlessly padded the rate by 1 point. Too late to worry, I suppose. And I'm generally happy nonetheless.

Zero down. Taxes, gov't fees, acquisition, and dealer doc fee all rolled into the lease, for a net cap of about $26k.
I drive off for just my $365 first payment.
I got the impression that it was a solid year-end deal, and I take delivery tomorrow after they finish the tint.

Hello! Just wanted to check if this is a good deal here in VA for a 36 months/10,500 mi lease:

2016 C-Max Energi + 302A Package + Fixed Glass Roof (MSRP is 36,155, I think)

Around $11,257 in rebates, 0 cap cost reduction. I was quoted $325/month, which includes VA car tax of approximately $35 per month, tag, title, etc. It feels like a good deal, just wanted to confirm. Thanks!

Ouch! Both MF and residuals are worse than before! 0.25% higher and 4% drop in residual. Small Increase in RCL cash doesn't really offset the worse MF and RV.

There is a large lease incentive to offset the poor residual. Thought we don't know what it is with the new document format from Ford.

Ford expresses their MF as an APR; divide by 2400 to get the decimal value to use in a calculator.

I would like to know incentives/residuals/MF. I was told 0.33 for residual for 15k 36 months.. even if there's huge incentive, residual is so poor. I just want to confirm this residual is correct...
