After I asked the dealer to explain, he sent this screenshot.
Not able to tally the calculation I did with what he shows.
I am rolling in all the fee and taxes into the monthly payment as I did in the above message.
Dealer gets $530.67 and I am getting $515.68

Q2. Is a 14.2% discount off MSRP a good discount for the QX60 ?

Sorry, but I have a question, and this might be regional, but why are you calculating the tax on the sales price and role them into the adjusted cap cost? Isn't one of the big ideas about leasing that you only pay tax on your monthly payments and not the entire purchase cost of the car? At least that's what I have done before (CA).

Different states tax leases differently. There are three different methods:

1. Tax the entire selling price of the car (GA, TX, VA are three states that do this - ouch!)
2. Tax the sum of the payments and collect the money up front (NY, NJ, OH are examples)
3. Tax the monthly payment (CA and CO are two states that do it that way)

Add 2% for 39/12 or 3% for 39/10.

What is the MSRP?
How much is due at signing?
RWD or AWD?

Though, the taxes in Texas are a bit of a killer ....

looks like you can go 2 K lower assuming 50,145 MSRP.

Some employers have a VPP discount with Nissan/Infiniti which can get you another 1-1.5K.

They are really jacking up the money factor, or you have less than top tier credit.
Using the base MF of .00098, the monthly rent portion should be $77.58.
Their number is $151.20!! That's .00191 MF to get that number.

I just Signed a lease on monday 2016 QX 60 with premium, premium +, DAP, Theater and Wheels package.
MSRP $55090. 8 MSD's of $600 and $600 (1st payment and Other few) = $5400 driveoff and monthly $499 includes tax for 39/12K.
Hope i did good. Selling price $49544 and MF .00007 after MSD's. $233 total fees and $700 Accq fees and Ohio tax 7.5%.
With the october vlaues it seems like with same discount the price jumps $30 more with lower MF and Adjusted residual.
