Hi Geri - I may want to jump onboard. Can you contact me directly? Too much to type on this site but my experience is almost identical to yours. Only difference is I have not as of yet contacted Consumer Affairs and BBB. My "2nd opinion" is resolving issue with my 2008 Outlook today. Had I not known my 2nd opinion mechanic, my local Chevy dealership almost took $1600+ out of my pocket. I want to see to it that they pay for attempting to take advantage. Can only imagine how many other Saturn owners fell for their "this is what it is" resolution.
