  • Re: Inconsiderate Drivers (share your stories, etc.)

drive'rs that impede the passing/fast/left lane needlessly. Remember the vehicle in the far left lane traveling at the speed limit is not impeding anybody driving within the limits of the speed limit law. No one is obligated to "get out of my way" to any speeder for when you do, you aid and abet his transgression.
  • Re: Inconsiderate Drivers (share your stories, etc.)

"When I merged into my lane...." Actually you tried to or merged into his lane. When entering a highway, thou shalt yield to vehicles already there.
  • Re: Inconsiderate Drivers (share your stories, etc.)

How inconsiderate to signal a right turn, but continue to go straight. The other driver sees the right turn signal, expects the car to make a right turn so proceeds ahead only to be T boned. I never trust a turn signal.
  • Re: Inconsiderate Drivers (share your stories, etc.)

No doubt many incidents blamed on "speed" are really due to impairment or distraction. But,we have to keep the story going, so the fun relationship between speed enforcement and the insurance cabal can remain alive and well.
The insurance business is too competitive to enable it to be controlled by a few people i.e. "cabal". The inference reveals the lack of empowerment on the part of the uninformed. Comply with speed limits.

9.5% I think. No income tax anyway. And some of the most expensive real estate in the west.

I bet she didn't pay that tax :)

This "no income tax" in Washington is a sacred cow and we still get taxed to death on everything else.

When we sold a condo last month we were charged a 2% Excise Tax so we had to pay over 4500.00 just for that. Then we will have to pay something like 25,000 in Capital Gains next year.

Property taxes are through the roof too!

As a fellow conservative who made a living on the commission basis, I agree. Capitl GAins tax is a fine for doing well.
