Grand Cherokee MAF and Oxygen Sensor
I've got a 93 Grand Cherokee V8 and want to try and fix the following problem before taking it to the shop:
When I start it up, it starts and idles ok, but after about 2-3 minutes it starts hesitating.
Then I can hear a loud vacuum sound coming from the intake throttle body (as if it was asking for more air).
After this, it starts to act like it is going to stall, reving up and down while idleling, and quite a bit of black smoke begings to comes out through the tail pipe.
If I rev it up it will rev up but still hesitates and continues to smoke.
And it will eventually die. Once this happens it takes a while to start back up again.
It appears to be an air fuel mixture problem. Which leads me to believe it may be one of the sensors.
I replaced the cap and rotor, it was time to change it anyways, but did not fix the problem.
I noticed it began doing this after driving through a deep puddle of water but it went away. But now it started doing it again.
Any help would be great appreciated.

Good Luck
Can I get to it without other parts removal?
Thanks for any help.
