my 1995 olds aurora head lights are flashing

my head lights are flashing non stop, air condition is not working also my horn is not working. this all started after I had my radiatore replaced

    Not sure about the air condition and horn not working, but the head lights flashing non stop is quite common -

    I think this problem was solved and also documented really well with a procedure and photos at the website:

    The problem is caused by a small amount of grease inside the turn signal lever slowly flowing over time between the electrical contacts inside the turn signal - intermittently shorts-out the headlights or parking light switches.
