Buying a Used Audi A8

hi, what do you guys think. A dealer has an audi A8 4.2 with 100.500 miles on it selling for $6500.

When typically you change your timming belt for A8? is there anything i should know besides carfax report?

    Am a BMW owner, but loved the A8. Wondering what's a good target price to spend on a:

    2007 A8, 4.2L with some upgrades, ~40K miles (haven't found the model I want yet).

    I'm planning to buy in Atlanta, GA.

    i have an a8 and it is five yrs old now---absolutely the best car I have owned , with only one small problem since I have owned it......Just my car, but that is the report Tony
