05 Lincoln LS - Burnt smell from heater

In my 05 LS when I turned on the heat for the first time about a month ago it smelled like something was burning. I didn't know if there was some debris in there from not being used for so long so I ignored it.

About a week ago when I went back to use it the smell is there constantly now. The smell lasts for about the first 10 minutes of use.

Any ideas?
