Grand Cherokee Wheel Squeal

My 02 Grand Cherokee Laredo develops a bad squeal in the rt. front wheel at about 40 mph, and will continue this noise until I get below about 15 mph. The Jeep does not pull or shimmy, so I don't think it's a stuck caliper. Just a loud squeal. Any suggestions?

Since I'm not a mechanic, please tell me this is the wheel bearing assembly and not like an axle bearing or something internal! I've changed a wheel bearinf assy. on my old 89 Cherokee Ltd. Should be about the same?

if in cold country prob need to use a lot of liquid wreanch on the nuts
    good luck
