Negotiating Certified Pre-Owned Prices

I am ready to buy an A6 3.2 Quattro but am very confused with the pricing of CPO cars. Are these prices set or is there's room to negotiate? Also, if I check the TMV price in edmunds.com, that price is lower than CPO price by $6000-$7000. So, what is the right price?

Any pointers would be very helpful.

    I'd like to know as well. What if I want a CPOvehicle, but don't want the warranties and such. Can i negotiate it those to get rid of them for a reduced price, or are they set in stone?
