2014 Accord Hybrid
Hi all-This is my first post on here. I have read that Honda is coming out with a regular hybrid of the Accord (NOTE-this is not the current plug-in hybrid that's already available on the coasts), and I wondered if anyone had any additional information on when the Accord Hybrid was coming out, and what the pricing might be.

Available October 2013 but prices are not revealed yet. Looks like it will be available not just in EX trim but also lower trims since some EX only options appear to be optional.
Also some additional info: fuel tank capacity is about 15.8 gallon I believe (slightly smaller) and rear seats do not fold unfortunately.
You can get a much better deal on the new Hyundai hybrid which has a conventional 6 spd. advanced Li-Po battery and a 17.5 gallon tank that will get you over 700 miles between fillups.
Their earlier Civic hybrid had many problems so it may be best to wait a while before spending your $$$.
The were quite a bit more expensive, only came as V-6's and didn't get that much better gas mileage.
I'm sure they learned some lessons and, although I'm no fan of hybrids I'm sure IF they are doing this again it'll be much different and better.
Accord Hybrid 50/45 beats 2014 Camry hybrid 40/38.
I found my answer - it's still not displaying each tire's individual psi like Toyota.
Come on, it's forcing people to have to check individual tire's psi to see if it's low rather than looking at the dash. Also when there is a low tire pressure warning you'd have to again check each tire to see which one is leaking.
2nd thing about Accord's safety features is that they don't take over and brake for you like other brands for the 2014 model (e.g. 2014 Mazda brakes for RADAR cruise and low speed, 2014 BMW brakes for its RADAR cruise)

Accord has the leg up on the right lane camera but no Heads Up Display (in Mazda 3).

Also there is good info on the mid-sized sedan hybrid segment via US News and World Report's Ratings at the following link (to get more info for each car click on 'full review'), where the 2014 Ford Fusion hybrid ranks 1st, the 2014 Accord hybrid ranks 2nd, the 2014 Camry hybrid ties for 3rd (with the Hyundai Sonata hybrid), and the 2014 Avalon hybrid ranks 10th: link: http://usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/cars-trucks/rankings/Hybrid-Cars/

hi, please kindly see the website.
http://www.cbsnews.com/news/is-your-odometer-cheating-you/
did anybody check the honda accord hybrid 2014 odometer. thanks.
Rather than some grand conspiracy, from 2007 no less, I'd bet good money that most odometers read high simply because people don't keep careful track of their tire pressure. Under-inflated tires have a smaller diameter and have to turn more rotations to cover the same distance.
