Random Warning Lights Coming On (?)

I've got a 2008 Honda Accord, with 96,000 miles, and something weird happened. After parking it (on a hot day, in a situation where I might have scraped bottom of car), I restarted and both VSA and Engine Emissions lights were on. Car also performed sluggishly (stuttering at times, low power.)

Car then rested for about an hour, and when I restarted, engine performed fine, but now Tire Pressure warning light was on?

I'm on a tight budget--should I just assume there's something weird with the central computer and go about my business. Or is this something that needs to be checked out?

If the check engine light is on, take it to AutoZone or somewhere comparable. They'll tell you what the light is on for, no cost.
