below 35 degrees F. My car has a 3.0 L, 24V, DOHC, Duratec engine, and about 115,000 miles. The car has not had a tune-up yet. The car turns over fine; I replaced the battery within the last six months. It just won't start in cold weather even though it sounds like it's sparking off, but can't catch. It almost seems the engine's not getting enough fuel to crack right off. Could the fuel pump be seizing up in cold weather, or are there other issues that could be causing the problem?
