Kyfdx,

I was at the audi dealer and they told me that they add .00015 to the Money Factor (so .0018 instead of .00165) for people who are not current audi owners. Is this correct? Also, what should the residual value be with 10k miles?

Current owners don't have to make a security deposit... The .00015 is to waive the security deposit for new customers. You can make a security deposit and not take the bump (which is what I would do).

10K residuals are 1% higher than 12K, 3% higher than 15K..

2000 customer cash
32,825 residual value on 36 month lease
17,175 depreciation value at / 36 is 477 per month
MF of .00185 adds 153 per month
626 per month + tax = 682 per month
Drive off is 682 plus "drive-offs"

Hi All -- this is a very interesting and educating post. We are planning on leasing a 2014 q7 TDI this weekend and trying to get the best rate. the list is $63k, 36 months. they quoted $672, but not sure if this includes tax.j
What do you think is the best number i can shoot for?
The dealer has 2 exact same TDI on the lot, so i am thinking they will want to move one of them.
Any advice from the experts?

What is your lease term as far as mileage? Any up front fees or down payment? Are you in a state that requires up front taxes? I also believe if you get audi care, the residual value of the car goes up 1% which may help.

.00156 MF and 58% residual.

I can't really help you with the price.. except that most decent Audi deals seem to be 5% -6% off MSRP.

Hi! The new rates came out today. Can someone give me the residual and money factor for March on a gas Q7? The lease would be for 36 months and 12k miles a yr. This is for New Jersey. Thanks!

With the same terms and model, the residual should always be the same. Dealers may mark-up the money factor for additional profit (and, this is not uncommon for an Audi dealer).

Standard acquisition fee is $695 or can be rolled into the lease by adding .00050 to the MF.
