2013 Legacy back-up camera
Anyone had any issues with the back-up camera? It only works about half the time. It either stays on the radio or gives me a black screen. I called the dealer and was told they have not gotten any other complaints

We've had ours Since early September of 2012, 26,000 miles and that hasn't been an issue. It almost sounds like there's a bad/loose connection between the camera and the (probable actuator) switch that turns on the back up lights. Both the lights and the camera would be actuated simultaneously.
Have you tried having someone stand (OFF TO ONE SIDE) where they can see the back up lights and tell if they come on? If both are acting weird that would be the problem.
