Subaru WRX 2015 vs. Nissan Altima Sedan 3.5 SL?

Hi,

Which one would be better for everyday driving and weekend moderate racing with modifications? The Subaru WRX or the Nissan Altima Sedan? I am going to install some modifications into the car I choose eg. suspension, rebuilding engine block, turbocharger, etc. Can someone please make a list of Pro's and Con's for each car? I am mainly looking at performance (horsepower and torque) but still being drive-able during the day.

I can't imagine racing an Altima
