1995 Chevrolet Blazer Fuel problem

I have a 95 blazer. I have to give it gas to get it started,unless I just recently shut it off and from a stop I have to baby the accelerator or it will shut off. I have run both fuel injector cleaner and sea foam through the tank. I have also replaced the fuel filter and none has helped. Any ideas?

    I had this problem or one close to it and I used starting fluid to spray around the top of the intake while car was running and found a bad intake gasket.Im not saying try this but I did.This will help find vacuum leak also.But could be a number of things need more info like check engine lights on running rough at idle.
