Wet floor and electrical issues - 2002 Pontiac Bonneville

I have had my 2002 Bonneville for over a year. It was in the shop for an oil change and check up in early March, but they didn't mention anything about these issues.
3 days ago, I found out that my windows and locks don't work on any of my doors other than the drivers door. The buttons on the drivers door that control the rest of the doors don't work, nor the buttons on the other 3 doors themselves. Nothing is coming to mind as I try to think of what happened because they all worked just fine a week ago.
2 days ago I noticed that the drivers side of my floor was soaking wet. It went from the front by the pedals to the back where the seats are. It was water, so I wasn't too worried.
I am just wondering if these issues are somehow, possibly, connected or if they are separate problems. My uncle did say that the water may be from my A/C unit, but he didn't look it over. If possible, I don't want to pay a bunch of money for a simple fix or a diagnosis. Has anyone had similar issues or knows what is wrong with my car.

Most likely it's a tan wire in a wrapped bundle that goes under the driver seat. Under the seat, maybe it's under the carpet there, the tan wire is connected to 3 others that go to the other 3 doors and windows. The connector binding them together corrodes from the moisture. I'll try to find a write up with pictures to help you. I believe it can be accessed without removing the seat--that's 4 bolts and several snap on connectors if you have to remove the seat. Undo battery negative wire, just in case.

The source of the water likely is a sunroof drain, clogged or disconnected. You probably have a sunroof. The drains in front go through the metal floor and sometimes come apart. The rear sunroof drains tend to disconnect above the headliner.

The water source may also be through the door. The plastic door liner may have come unglued where the V-shapes direct outside water into drains and to the outer part of the door metal and out the drain holes at the bottom. If that black mastic glue lets go, the water may find its way to the inside. Check doors for water tracks on the metal that are inside the rubber seal and could drop onto the floor and flow under the carpet.

Have any of the doors had the inner panel removed for work such as repairing a window regulator or motor? Often they don't get resealed.

Here's a topic with some pictures that should help you locate the tan, some call it brown, wires and the bridge connector that corrodes. This is a data bus for the modules in the driver door to talk to the modules in the other doors. Be sure to expand picture thumbnail with post #8--it shows what the original bridge connector looks like.

Check for messages in the envelope symbol under your username in box in upper right corner of this page. I'll send some more stuff that may be relevant and may not be helpful.

The cause of your problem is the drip lines off the sun roof are clogged the water on the floor is from,overflow of the sunroof pan there are 4 line 2 down the a pillar and 2 down the c pillar there is a pinch orifice that is clogged
