Signed the lease order on saturday but didnt take delivery, how to come out of deal?

I signed the lease order on saturday almost end of day and the copy given to me has no signature of the DEALER or his AUTHORIZED REP.

Is this still valid?

I want to get out of the lease now. I have not signed any delivery or finance documents.

Have you taken delivery of the vehicle? If not, then just call them up today, and tell them you changed your mind and won't take it.

Can You Return the Car You Just Bought? recommends that you call the dealer and ask.

I understand that New Jersey has a one-day cooling off period for leases, but I don't think any other state does.
