i have been replacing relays filters, knock sensors. lights and fluid trouble. runs like a raped ape. what is next fellas and ladies

Not only is it a troublesome (I've owned three) BMW but it's a 740 to boot!
Just make sure you take it to a quality BMW shop with a good reputation.
Or buy a boring Honda or a boring Toyota!
