2014 Cadillac XTS - Exit seat problems

I currently have a 2014 XTS (luxury edition). We've had the car approx. 6 wks. Recently we've started to have a problem with the exit seat function. On these cars they give you the choice to have the seat move to the exit position either when you turn off the ignition or when you open the door; we have ours set to move when you turn off the ignition - past Cadillacs that we have had there was not any option, it would move when the ignition was turned off. Sometimes when you turn the ignition off and the exit function starts, it will begin to move, then stop; it also does this if someone is in the passenger seat and they open their door while the exit function has not completed, it will stop. Has anyone else had this problem and if so have you had it corrected and how ?

My 2014 Cadillac XTS V-Sport pulls/ drifts to the right at all speeds even after a stop. The dealership made four attempts at fixing - wheel alignment, changing tires, and other adjustments, then claimed the car was operating as designed. Anyone else have an XTS with the pull issue? While driving the car, let go of the steering wheel for a couple seconds. Does the car pull to the right to go off the road? Were you able to get a resolution / fix? If so, how was it resolved?

Time to call in the big guns. If the dealer hasn't brought the district service manage in to help, you should insist he do that. If that guy can't fix a pull in a 1 1/2 year old vehicle, then no one can.

    Hello Cheerio1,

We would be happy to look into this further for you. This is certainly not something that we wanted your new Cadillac vehicle ownership to give you. Feel free to send us an e-mail to socialmedia@gm.com and include your VIN, current mileage, contact information and the dealership you have been working with.
