Money factor and residual for 2014 C63 4 door???

I am trying to close a 36 month lease on a 2014 C63 and wanted to know what the MB finance residual and buy rates are for 36 months at 10K per year with Tier 1 credit. The rates I am being quoted seem quite high.

Standard money factor and 58% residual.

Low volume specialty cars almost never have good lease terms

Mercedes dealers are pretty well known for marking up the money factor for extra profit.
