Confusion about which BMW 328i cpo 2011 or 2012 to buy?

Hey,

I wanted to buy a cpo bmw 328i either 2011 or 2012 ... I wanted to know which one I should go for .. I know the engine differences and mileage etc. But for the long run which is a better car .. and what would be a good price(after tax) for both of them?

It's pretty hard to figure out "for the long run" on cars that are just two and three years old.

If it were me, I'd make my choice on a few points..

1) Turbo 4 vs. Inline-6. The engines are similar in power, but a lot different in sound and feel.

2) E90 vs. F30. Two different body styles. Will you have this car for a long time? Will it bother you to have the older body style?

3) Features. The 2012 model introduced some new things.. Stop/start, lane detection, etc,etc.. Are those features important to you? Or, are they something you'd rather not have?

The two models aren't likely to be much different in reliability, over the long-term, I would guess.
