Is this a good lease price for 2014 Infiniti QX60

The dealer said msrp for the qx60 with premium plus package is $49900 our negotiated price was $46600. With tax and fees the cap cost was $49144 with a 59% residual and a money factor of .0007. The dealer wants downpayment of $1641 which includes the $840 that I would have to pay for a early lease termination for my nissan armada and it would be $583 per month.

That's the base money factor, so no markup... If that's a 36mo, 12K/yr lease (or 39/10) that is the correct residual, as well. The only thing to negotiate after that is the selling price.
