NOT SO - tried to order one from NorCal dealer today, 6/26/2014. and was told GM would NOT accept orders yet.... maybe in a couple of weeks.....WHAT are you talking about when you say "The 2015 Spark EV is currently on sale at dealerships in California and Oregon"? THIS IS NOT TRUE
