Ford Expedition Electrical Issues

I have a 2008 Eddie Bauer that is giving me issues. The little batty warning light will come onand my ac will quit, the entertainment system will guit, and now the anti teft is acting up. My alternator was tested and showed bad along with the voltage regulator. Could this cause my issues or do I have a more serious electrical problem.
