Number One Sedan for Tall Drivers - 2014 Kia Cadenza Limited Long-Term Road Test
Which 2014 sedan offers the most legroom, hiproom and headroom? Would you believe that it's the 2014 Kia Cadenza?

I'm 6'6", so I care. Your Top Ten article omitted rear seat headroom, which is a big deal.
You did mention that sunroofs remove inches, but all of those Top Ten cars falls out of the Top Ten if fitted with a sunroof. I will never own a car with a sunroof for this reason, not to mention I don't get the appeal of them. Sunroofs also reduce headroom in the rear, which is typically lower to begin with.
This includes the Cadenza. I've sat in one at the showroom, and the sunroof makes it a non-starter for me. I'd have to get a lesser trim level.
Few cars beat my former 05 Scion xB1, which had 46" of headroom in the front, and a combined 84" of legroom.
It's annoying to me, that as our population gets taller (and wider), that car style is making them smaller on the inside.
I am 6'5" tall, and I sit bolt upright in my MK5 GTI...which has a sunroof, and I still have 3" of headroom (with the seat lowered all the way) and enough legroom that I can just touch the accelerator and dead pedals with flat bare feet when the seat is adjusted all the way back. I still have not sat in a larger small car than the MK5, MK6 Golf and MK5 Jettas. Asian cars generally do not allow for upright seating positions for tall people, and only the large class seems to have enough legroom. The Avalon does allow for headroom, but I have to recline the seat more than is comfortable.
Funny that you mention the xB, I really liked it aside from it having no legroom (and no side airbags, and it was a bit sluggish). I have an equally long torso and legs, maybe you have short legs?
36" inseam, so not really. Check the numbers; it's hard to find a car with more legroom than the old xB.
My thighs could not sit flat on the seat, splaying my legs...I don't know what measurements they were using...but they didn't work with my 34" inseam at all. Odd. Maybe the one I tested was broken.
