Would you happen to know when the new 2015; F150 comes out are lease rates similar? I.E. new model year. I am wanting to wait for a 2015 but curious how rates are affected when a new model comes out.....

There is really no way to know. Lease programs on the new model may not even be similar to the current one. It's all based on how Ford wants/needs to market the vehicles.

I understand. I was hoping from experience someone could indicate how much the rates fluctuate over a year. If you order a vehicle right when it comes out, is it typically higher rates....or are they pretty level throughout....up and down a %....

When a vehicle first hits the dealerships, good lease deals are usually hard to find. The demand is high, and they can usually sell all they make.. Good lease deals might come along after a few months. Even if the lease program is decent, the 2015 models won't have the incentives that are on the 2014 models..

None of this is specific to the Ford F-150, but if you are waiting for the 2015, hoping for a better lease deal than the 2014, that probably won't work.

What length term is that? Or does Ford only do 1 lease term on F150? If there are multiple lease terms, I'd be curious about 36mo/10k for an FX4 or Lariat Crew Cab 4WD.

That's for 36 months... 62% for 36mo, 10K/yr

All the 4X4 crewcabs have the same residual percentage and APR

Thanks. All the local TX dealers won't quote anything more than 60% residual for XLT or FX4...is this a local residual?

Can you also confirm if the for 36/10k is 1.75% for XLT? I was quoted as 3.75--guessing they are just trying to get more $$$ in their pocket?

60% is correct for 36mo, 10K/yr. The 62% was my error.

For the Dallas region, 1.75% APR is correct for the SuperCrew 4X4 XLT or FX4 for 36 months.

0.25% APR and 62% residual. $1500 lease cash.

1.75% APR and 57% residual for 36mo, 15K/yr (also $1500)

Has Ford been known to change/add rebates mid-month to push leases? Think I'm going to finalize my deal in the next day or so, but was curious if latter half of the month (plus end of qtr) was any more advantageous.

Just about any make might add incentives near the end of the month, especially on holiday weekends... but, we wouldn't get any mid-month updates..

1. MSRP: 52085
   
2. Sale Price: 41712
   
3. Lease #: 60% & 1.75% rate for 36/10.5k
   
4. Texas lease with 6.25%
   
5. Fees: 852.55
   
6. Payment: Quoted as $442.15 (I'm calculating about $1 more for some reason...but I'll take their cheaper quote)

36/16.5 - 1.75% and $1500 lease cash. 56% residual.

4x2 - 61% for 24/12, 56% for 36/12

4x4 - 63% for 24/12, 58% for 36/12

No MF information for 2014 models.

I'm trying to lease a 2014 F150 SuperCrew FX4 for 36 months/15k miles in zip code 70810 or 77031. Is the residual 57% and APR 1.75 still? I was told by a dealer that those numbers were a "pipe dream." Haha

No 2014 numbers for MF, sorry to say. Probably going to be much higher.

36/15 numbers for the SuperCrew are 54% for 4x2 and 56% for 4x4.

We don't have any MF numbers for 2014 Fords.

What lease term are you looking at - we can get residual values.
