People who are used to driving automatics are oblivious to this feature (as well as a lot of other things but that's another story.) For me, autohold is the most important automotive invention of the 21 century. I hate driving automatics for several reasons but having to constantly hold the my foot on the brake in traffic is very high on this list. Autohold makes driving an automatic almost bearable.
Very neat. I didn't notice the speedometer before. Wow, that's crazy! You've only got a small sliver of the space and it increments out to 175 mph so if you're going 35 mph, you've got to squint and try and figure out what notch you're at and what you're exact speed is. Has to make you feel like you're going slow if the dial is barely off the bottom.

I would imagine the big digital speedo below the tach is easier to read.
I thought it was a weird feature. First time "hold" popped up I didn't know what it was. Foot on the break--whether manual or auto--is just natural for me. In all Porsches you look at the digital speed. The other is useless.
Nice feature! Coming from manual shifting, I occasionally put the automatic in N when at a red light. Of course, I usually forget to engage D when the light turns green.
