Infiniti QX60 Lease Price

I'm looking at leasing a 2014 INFINITI QX60 with the Premiere Premiere Plus Package for invoice of $45,981. I'm thinking of putting down more than most, $8000 which will make my payments $400/mo. It's my first lease and want to keep my payments down as low as possible. I've heard all the arguments against a high down, but it makes me feel better in the long run. What do you think of the OVERALL deal I'm getting?

MSRP? Money factor? Length of lease and mileage allowance?
