Hello- Does anyone have 2015 Cayman S Depreciation and Tier 1 credit Money Factor numbers for the following? Also, any thoughts on max MSRP discount? Thanks in advance!

One more question. Doesn't Customer Dive-off Cash due usually get counted as a Capital Cost Reduction in the lease calculation?

Depends... if every other cost has been added into the Gross Cap Cost first, then yes. But, if the Drive off is to pay for things not in the Cap cost (1st payment, acquisition fee, title, license, doc fee, etc), then it doesn't get deducted.

First time leasing w/ very good credit. Does anyone have residual and MF for 2015 Cayman S manual -- 24 mo. lease & 5,000 miles/year? Also, should sales taxes be included in cap costs? Thanks.

No numbers from Porsche for 4th quarter.

Sales tax is addressed differently based on what state you live in.

Thank you. Initial offer from Porsche dealer was MF .0027, or APR 6.8%, residual 73%. I was pretty unhappy with that MF.

Porsche standard MF is .00200; dealer may be inflating that on you for a bit of extra profit.

We haven't seen any numbers from Porsche for about 6 months.

However, best guess is that the MF will be .00200 (that is the standard Porsche MF).

I just discovered Porsche offers leases on CPO cars. It looks like asking for current rates might be unrealistic, but I'd be grateful for any info you have for past Cayman CPO lease rates, or any info at all on how CPO lease have worked, i.e. difference in residual between new MSRP and CPO price, and if residual is still done as a % of MSRP or if it is based on CPO selling price? Thanks so much in advance for any help that can be offered.

We've never had any CPO rate info, for any model.

Guessing that the CPO units have dollar based residuals, based on year/trim/equipment and mileage. I doubt the residuals are based on asking/selling prices.

Thanks for the quick answer. I suspected as much after googling around and finding pretty much no information anywhere—just wanted to make sure I did my due diligence. Guess we'll just see what they offer and go from there, thanks again!
