Hi all... working on a lease on a 2015 435xi Gran Coupe with cold, driver assistance, premium, technology and M sport packages. Also going for enhanced USB/bluetooth plus integration// MSRP comes to $60,150.

its 12k a year for 36 months

Dealer sent me following:

$709 a month out of pocket is $2,134 (he wrote "all figures are just with inceptions out of pocket and include sales tax")

i asked him for the breakdown on the sell price, MF and residual % so i will post that as soon as i know but I respect the opinions on here and wanted a general "whaddya guys think" on these numbers?

thanks!

ok well that dealership never bothered to give me details which always raises flags...

moving on to another offer from another dealer:

    same specs as above.

    msrp 60,150
    (negotiated) sell price 57,400
    MF 0.00129
    residual 62%

    monthly 795

only thing due at signing is first month payment

    thoughts?

With your numbers, I am getting a pre-tax payment of $680.68/mo for 36 months.

Right. And with 7% sales tax I get the same 728 number.

I am guessing 795 a month includes the title, registration and other assorted fees scrambled in?

Either way, good deal or bad?

The only way to lower the payment at this point is to negotiate a lower selling price or use MSDs to lower the MF.

The dealer should be able to tell you if fees and taxes are being rolled into the cap cost.

Base MF is being used, so that's a plus.

Thanks. I've sent an email to dealer asking if the fees and taxes are rolled in.

But overall, is 4.5% off msrp with base MF a "good deal" for a 2015 BMW ?

Just wondering if I have wiggle room to go lower on the sell price..... I'm a returning BMW customer having leased a BMW previously.... Not sure if that matters.

    Thanks

I'm not in the market, so can't comment on what passes for a good selling price.
