My 2004 Saab Aero 9-5 air and heat will not work

I've tried to recalibrate it with the off and auto buttons and it displays 0 at first then displays

1 11

Does anyone know what these codes are?

I don't think our software will let you format your post any better, sorry.

One site says the left "1" means that there's one error.

So the code for that error is "11". That's a blend door issue. (I have no idea if that site is to be recommended or not, btw).
