2015 Nissan Rogue Lease Questions

I apologize if this topic was already created, but I could only find the 2014 thread. I just test drove a 2015 Rogue SV yesterday in MA and was sold. The problem is that I was told Nissan residual values have not been released yet and the dealership was not sure when. With that note we were left leasing a 2014 or waiting. Does anyone know when Nissan will be releasing residuals on the 2015? Thanks.

We don't have them, either.. The dealer will find out before we do.. Pretty amazing that they have them on the lot, and don't have a lease program.

I thought the 2014 model was all new? Why not lease a 2014, instead?

I just got a response from a local dealer that the money factor for a 2015 Rogue SV is

36 month: 55% (12k miles), 54% (15k) and .00197 for Tier 1 credit
39 month: .00207 and the residual is 50% at this time. There are currently no incentives for the 2015.

.00121 MF and 59% residual for 36mo, 12K/yr. 39 month residuals are not good.

No difference between FWD and AWD - .00121 MF and 60% for 36/10

use the "Car Research" tab at the top of the page for current incentives.

I agree with the residual number given, but the national MF we show is .00102, exactly double what the dealer is quoting. Find out if they are using NMAC as the bank.

With your numbers as given, I'm getting a pre-tax payment of $352.50, so the $370 quote is pretty close, depending on your tax rate.

Any sort of national promotion on a lease is just "meh". You should be able to do better with some shrewd negotiating.

Any national or regional promotion for a lease is just OK; you can do better negotiating on your own.

We do not recommend making any sort of down payment on a lease to buy down your monthly payment; if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money. And, you might be able to negotiate a better selling price than that offered in the promotion.

It seems to me that no amount of negotiating will get you a Net capitalized cost of $21,951 includes a $595 non-refundable acquisition fee. Even true car say that $22K is lowest price paid by others.

It's also important to note that the offer is for a car with specific options added or omitted, hence the particular MSRP quoted in the promotion. If you want a car with different options, you'll have to adjust the offer accordingly. Or, negotiate on your own.

We don't have any numbers on the 2014 Rogue - either they are all sold or there isn't enough inventory to warrant Nissan having to offer any special incentives to lease them.

Perfect...my dealer is honest! Those are exactly the numbers quoted to me, along with 1750.00 in lease loyalty cash/rebates. 500 under invoice + rebates + matching residuals/money factor = good deal!

We just leased a 2015 Rogue SL + Premium Package. We brought back a 2012 lease. Nissan bought back the last three months of the old lease. No charges for small amount of wear + poor tires. No down payments. Lease was for $419/mo incl tax. Also some maintenance. The money factor was decent at .0005.

Where are you located, and how much did that maintenance package cost? In the same boat, I'm in the process of bringing back a 12 and leasing an SL w/Premium package. Quoted 360 with tax. That doesn't include the maintenance package though, and is for 12k/year. First payment + Plates due at signing. Dealer is just looking for the color I want. PA here.
