GPS/Hands Free System for a 2007 Toyota Avalon.

I am trying to find something out there that would go into my 2007 Toyota Avalon. Everyone I've asked so far said I could technically install a system, but I'd lose my air conditioning/heating. Does anyone know of any systems out there that are compatible with my car? I have a JBL synthesis factory stereo or whatever it is.
