I'd like to know residual and money factor for base cx-5 touring in Los Angeles ,CA

I was quoted $333+tax with $0 drive at 10k 35mo, still seemingly high for a 24 and change car...

.00001 MF and 56% residual. I get $266/mo. + tax.
For CA, add in 1st payment, $595 acq.fee, $400 title/registration/doc fee. (about $1300 total).
With $1300 added into the CAP cost, I get $302/mo.+tax. That is about $5-$8 per month lower than what you were quoted, but pretty close.

Rolling title/registration fees into the lease cause them to be taxed, because California taxes the monthly payment... I wouldn't do that. I would pay 1st payment and title/registration/doc fees upfront.. You can roll the acquisition fee in, because that will be taxed, either way.
Structured that way, you'd be around $277/mo. plus tax, with about $700 due at signing. That should put your post tax payment around $300-$305/mo.
