2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe Lease Questions

I don't see any discussions on the ATS Coupe, so I thought I would see if I could get any responses. I got two lease offers on a 2015 ATS Coupe Premium 3.6 RWD.

1. 39 months, 10K miles, $1,500 down and $649 a month.
2. 39 months, 10K miles, $3,500 down and $590 a month.

I don't know the MF and the dealers are not really haggling on this brand new model. On the surface the numbers for 1 look within reason to me.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Seems really expensive, but hard to say... I don't have any idea what an ATS Coupe even stickers for...

Thank you for the reply. MSRP is about $49,500 - $52,000 depending on the configuration. And you're right, Cadillac has priced the car like a premium vehicle. It doesn't help that not many of them are around either. I guess there aren't any numbers out yet for the 2015 Coupes, then?

Just wondering if there are any numbers out yet for the 2015 ATS Coupe. I'm looking at a 3.6L premium package, 36 or 39 month lease, 18000 miles per year. I need the money factor and the residual. Also, I've heard that there is a costco offer out at $50 over GM Supplier pricing. Does anyone know anything about that? I'm trying to figure out what supplier pricing is. Thanks.

    2.10% APR and 56% residual for 36mo, 15K/yr. Subtract 2% for 39 months..

I'm not sure about 18K/yr programs, but if they offer them with a straight percentage residual, then the residual will be 2% lower than the numbers above.

Thanks for the info. I don't know how to reply to your post, so I have to start a new one. I'm having some trouble replicating the dealer numbers so I'd like your help. Here's what I have:
Msrp of 2015 cadillac ats coupe 3.6L premium package: 51,320
Dealer add on of window tint and nitrogen tires: 329
Total msrp with add on: 51649
    Negotiated sales price: 48627
    Dealer doc fee: 699
    Registration fee: 183.50
    Other fees: 109.99
    36 month lease, 18000 miles
    Apr: 3.3 percent
    Residual 56percent
    Customer cash of 5000
I know that the money factor appears to be marked up from 2.1. I also know that you said an 18000 miles lease should mean that the residual is 54 percent rather than 56 percent. I'd be interested in your calculations using their numbers and secondarily, your calculations with what the money factor should be. Obviously I wouldn't want to decrease the residual to your number because that is in my favor. Dealer's calculation says monthly payment amount is 663.65. It doesn't seem right. Thanks for your help. State is florida and sales tax is 7 percent.

First.. don't increase the MSRP for dealer add-ons. The MSRP is used to calculate the residual and dealer add-ons don't change that.

I'm going to guess that your 9000 extra miles have to be paid upfront, on a per-mile basis. That is coming out of that whopping $5000 upfront. Assume $0.15-$0.20 per mile.. So, $1350-$1800 is going to pay for the extra mileage.

The APR mark-up is adding about $40/mo. to your payment... $699 doc fee is outrageous, but typical for Florida.

The high mileage allowance is making for an expensive lease.. but, with the APR markups and doc fees, the price is getting ridiculous... $5000 upfront + $663/mo. for a $51K car? shewww
