Honda Care - Maintenance packages

Hi, Planning to buy a new 2014 Accord EX-L in chicago area today. Dealer is not offering any maintenance package with the car. Is it standard practice in chicago? I am looking for a maintenance package such as oil changes, service etc. Are you guys aware of the pricing of such packages? Is there an online website I can get quotes from? Please help.
