2015 Audi A6 3.0 Premium plus 36m/12k lease

Hi, I have been quoted a selling price of $55k on a $59675 MSRP. On top of that, they are giving me a $2000 rebate (BMW acquisition), 55% residual (with Audi care) with MF 0.00057. They are asking for $2500 down which includes first month's payment, bank fee, tags and cap cost reduction of $1040. The monthly lease payment is $680 including taxes. I have top tier credit. Good deal? Responses are much appreciated. Thanks!

That looks right.. the MF bump adds about $17/mo.+tax to the payment..

The residual is correct, but they are marking up the money factor from the base of .00037.

So.. the CAP cost is $55K minus $2K minus $1040? For about $52,000? That seems really cheap, and if so, the payment, even with the inflated money factor should be around $580/mo, not $680/mo. Is it possible the $55K is after those deductions for rebate and cap cost reduction?

I didn't account for taxes, because I don't know where you live

Thanks Kyfdx! They added Audi care and Bank fees to the selling price of $55k. Then subtracted the $2000 rebate and $1040 cap cost reduction to make the Cap cost around $53500. I live in PA. The base monthly lease payment without taxes is $623.

So... this is the 3.0T Premium Plus? Even with AudiCare, I show the residual as 55%.
If it's the 2.0T Premium Plus, I get 56%, but then the MF is .00063

Can't really calculate it without more info.. I will note that the base AFS acquisition fee is $695, so that is marked up.. Would also need your state and tax rate..

Okay.. first.. the $920 isn't the lease acquisition fee... that's the destination fee, which is part of the MSRP.

A $700 monthly payment with tax included is about $660/mo. pre-tax.. To get to that payment on this model and lease term, the CAP cost should be about $55,300.

We have your payment... how much is due at signing?

I got a new lease quote on a 2015 Premium plus 3.0 with a MSRP of $58705. Selling price $53700. Cap cost of $51700 with BMW acquisition rebate. Residual of 0.55. Due at signing $2200 which includes first months payment, bank fees, MV fees and document fees. The monthly payment including Audi care and PA tax is $640 for a 36 month/12 k miles per year. Good deal?

You didn't give the money factor used, so I'll assume the base MF of .00037. PA lease tax is 9%, right? That makes the payment quote $587/mo.+tax. Using your other variables, I get $570/mo. plus tax.. So... $17/mo.difference.. Pretty close.

Hi Jaydoc, are they not charging bank fees and motor vehicle fees? Looks like a good deal with that minimal amount upfront..And Kyfdx, they are giving me a MF of 0.00037. They rolled the Audi care into the monthly payment. Btw, I am planning to pick up the car in December, thats when my lease is up. So, I don't know how they are predicting the Dec numbers or what they are doing..

what is bank fees and motor vehicle fees?

Motor vehicle fees are the tags and the plates, I guess. Bank fees are a part of getting a lease although I must admit I am not sure of what it entails.

36/15 - .00037 and 49%

Add 2% for 12K

Georgia calculates a 6.75% "Ad Valorem" tax against the entire negotiated purchase price of the car on a lease.
