Toyota Camry sometimes difficult to start

My 1998 Camry will sometimes have difficulty starting if I have driven it for a short distance within 90 minutes to 3 or so hours. Either idles really low or stalls unless I give it gas. Once warm it runs fine. No Check Engine light or anything. Does it only sporadically. Any ideas?
