Fan switch not working. I changed the blower motor sensor, that's not it. Fan only works on 5

Why does the fan switch only work on 5? I changed the blower motor sensor, and that's not the problem that everybody said it was.

I don't what the 'sensor' was you changed but the typical thing when it only works on high is the blower motor resister assembly.

I'm sorry, that's what I replaced the blower motor resister assembly, still doesn't work but on high. Do you have any more ideas?

Next thing I would wonder about is the HVAC cluster itself (the thing with all the switchs and settings on it). Does the fan speed do anything on settings 1-4 or is it always on 5 (high) no matter what?

Nothing on settings 1-4, it's always 5
