Nissan Frontier Oil Leak !!! Help Puzzled To Why On Exhaust Manifold (Pic Attached)

I have a leak on the right side engine. I de-greased the engine and found it and it is on the exhaust manifold bolt just above the starter. I replaced the valve cover on the right side , so I ruled it out. Put the oil leaks from the bolt seen in the image. What would be causing a leak in this location ?

I don't have the engine in front of me but some possibilities worth checking out would be an oil pressure sending unit that screws into the block somewhere near there; also head gaskets can leak EXternally so checking the head/block seam would be a good idea.
