Is there an easier way to access the rear drains for the sunroof than to remove the headliner, as has been suggested? Is there a schematic available for the 95 GT. If I can't do it myself, where is the best place to get it fixed?

Maybe they are just clogged? you can sometimes work some plastic tubing into them from up top and blow into them. Never use a wire or anything rigid that can dislodge the drain tube.
